During her childhood, a questioning mind-set sustained her during a tough upbringing in challenging circumstances. Coming from a disadvantaged background in the Cape flats, “One thing motivated me – as a child, I developed a critical belief that there must be more to life than my challenging circumstances.”

She returned to South Africa to start her New Venture in 2011. EWC specialise in Leadership Coaching, Mentoring, Family Mediation, Facilitation, Training, NLP Training and Motivational Speaking across disciplines. She is passionate about teaching South Africa the benefits of Nero Linguistic Programming (NLP Training). Her curiosity took her; first, to elicit the opinions of her elders, as her confidence and thirst for knowledge became a driving force which lead her to achieve an Honors equivalent Degree majoring in Drama at The University of Cape town. Esme has developed these learning’s into a personal philosophy of achievement through extensive travelling and world exploration.
